Hang Lung Launches New Customer Relationship Management Program “HOUSE 66”
In an affirmation of our commitment to customer centricity and service excellence, we are very pleased to announce today the launch of our brand-new customer relationship management program, “HOUSE 66” at our flagship project, Plaza 66 in Shanghai. “HOUSE 66” is dedicated to providing customers with unique and personalized services, allowing us to establish a more personal and enduring relationship with its customers. 
 
As a continuation to the celebrations of the Plaza 66’s mega transformation last year, the mall organized a large-scale event today and which was participated by more than 2,000 guests to further upload its market positioning of “Home to Luxury”. A ceremony for The Lounge was also held to introduce Emerald members of “HOUSE 66” to their luxurious retreat at the heart of the mall. Emerald members are not only entitled to use the impressively designed facilities of The Lounge, but are also eligible to enjoy various bespoke services offered by the “HOUSE 66” program.
 
“HOUSE 66” will be rolled out to our other Mainland projects next year. It is believed that a stronger synergy will be achieved among projects across the Mainland commercial portfolio that will take the Hang Lung brand to scale new heights. 
 
Distinct from general discount programs and points redemption schemes in the market, “HOUSE 66” aims to provide a truly unique service experience to loyal customers. The Member Engagement Specialists of “HOUSE 66” will be delegated to follow-up directly on the various shopping needs and service requests of designated members. Member Engagement Specialists will provide exclusive, personalized, and high perceived value services. Designated members will be invited to take part in overseas excursions, international fashion shows, product launches of international brands, private gatherings with well-known designers and chefs, the pre-ordering of limited-edition merchandize, and will have exclusive access to facilities at The Lounge, where they can enjoy complimentary tea sets, personal styling, manicure, a professional butler service, priority restaurant reservation, a tailor-made dining menu, reserved parking, birthday treats, and more.
 
“HOUSE 66” is available at Plaza 66 now. With a same-day purchase of any amount, customers can register as Crystal members; as Amber members with cumulative spending of RMB50,000 within 12 consecutive months; as Ruby members with cumulative spending reaching RMB200,000; and as Sapphire members with cumulative purchases totalling RMB1,000,000 or above; while the Emerald membership tier is by invitation only.
