#HangLungPeople #TalentDevelopment Trista shared an example - she used to give solutions to her colleagues when they sought help in the past, but now she thinks from two levels above to get a bigger picture of the issues in order to guide her colleagues’ thinking by asking questions as a form of guidance. During the eight-month program, the Executive Leaders had to complete a challenging project while juggling their daily workloads. For Jimmy, the LDP-EL has helped him improve his time management skills and learn to delegate more responsibilities to his team, helping them grow. Trista, on the other hand, enjoyed the experience and found it to be a great way to unwind while learning new knowledge and perspectives. Jimmy and Trista agreed that the opportunity to meet colleagues from different projects and functions was one of the program’s highlights. They felt that communication and coordination between departments has become more efficient after completing the program. 领导能力发展课程 Leadership Development Program (LDP) 领导能力发展课程是一系列专 案 ， 旨在支援我们的关键人才在 其领导力发展之旅的各个阶段上 进行提升 。 The Leadership Development Program is a series of acceleration programs designed to support our key talents in various stages of their leadership development journey in Hang Lung. 在 LDP 期间 ， 学员需要自主寻找 一个特定课题展开研习 ， 大家运用 所学所得 ， 互取所长 During the LDP, all participants were required to engage in self-directed learning by completing a challenge project on a specific topic, which gave them the opportunity to learn and share knowledge with each other Trista 举例指出 ， 过往同事求助时 ， 她习惯给 予答案 ， 现在则会站高两个阶梯上看全局 ， 再透过问题引导同事思考方案 ， “我向团队 提供答案 ， 团队就永远只有一个处事方法 ， 但假如我向团队发问很多‘为什么’时 ， 就可 引发不同的思考 。 例如团队正设法进一步提升 公司物业管理系统的使用率 ， 以往做法都是到 项目上推广及向前线同事提供培训 ， 但现在我 们会透过挑战自己的惯有思维 ， 研究‘为什么’ 有同事不愿意使用系统 ， 因此发现根源问题是 系统的稳定性及功能有待提高 ， 从而调整团队 工作重心至系统升级 ， 解决根源问题 ， 避免 ‘治标不治本’ ， 这样可让工作更高效 。 ” 在八个月的课程里 ， 学员除兼顾日常繁重的 工作 ， 也需围绕一个课题展开研习 ， 对于 如何有暇分身处理不同事务 ， Jimmy 表示 ， “一方面提高自身的时间管理能力 ， 另一方面 也让我学会怎样下放授权团队 ， 让他们发挥独 当一面的机会 ， 这对我来说是实践所学的管理 理论 ， 团队同时也得到了锻炼 ， 相得益 彰 。 ” Trista 则表示自己享受其中 ， 笑指“做 这个研习本身已经是调剂自己 ， 过程很开心 ， 可以吸收其他人的思维及知识 。 ” 除了知识上的收获 ， Jimmy 和 Trista 异口同声 表示 ， 课程中的另外一个收获是可以与来自 五湖四海的同事交流 ， 大家不只分享工作的 所得 ， 也聊及生活上的琐事 ， “很明显地感受 到在完成课程后 ， 各项目的沟通协调变得更有 效率 。 ” Trista （前排左二）表示 ， 将课程学到的知识与所属团队分享 ， 有助提升工作效益 Trista (front row, 2 nd from the left) said that sharing the knowledge she learned from the program with her team has helped improve work efficiency 14 连 系 恒 隆 CONNECTIONS 06 2023 恒 隆 人 H A N G L U N G P E O P L E
