2023 屆實習生 Intern 2023 實習生計劃 多元實習生招聘平台 我們秉持推動多元共融的宗旨， 讓學生各施所長。我們響應香港特區 政府推出的「企業內地與海外暑期 實習計劃 2023 」，安排香港學生到 恒隆內地的項目實習，了解內地的 職場文化與生活，同時與兩地非牟 利機構合作，為有特殊教育需要的 學生提供一展抱負的機會，並招募 在實習期間，有機會參與和 LVMH 集團全新業主與租戶 之間合作模式的討論， 我感到非常充實。 In my internship experience, I participated in the discussion on the New Model of Sustainability Partnership with LVMH Group, which makes me feel very fulfilled. Luana Chan 武漢恒隆廣場 租賃部 Leasing Department, Heartland 66, Wuhan 恒隆「她領航」計劃的學員成為 實習生，促進女性人才的成長。 小組畢業專案匯報 為期兩個月的實習，實習生需組隊完成 小組專題研習。他們自主選擇研究主 題，通過與相應部門進行訪談了解他們 的洞見，為研習制定解決方案。這種方 法使他們能夠獲得解決問題的實戰 經驗，提升他們工作的主動性。 Internship Program Diverse Recruitment Channel We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity, allowing each student to showcase their strengths. We participated in “The Scheme on Corporate Summer Internship on the Mainland and Overseas 2023”, an HKSAR government initiative, to provide Hong Kong students internship opportunities to work in Hang Lung’s properties on the Mainland. We collaborated with non-profit organizations from Hong Kong and the Mainland to give young and ambitious individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) the chance to embark on this journey of professional growth. We also enrolled participants from the “Hang Lung Future Women Leaders Program” to empower female talent. Team Project During the two-month journey, the interns were empowered to work as a team on a specific project. They chose their own project topics and gathered insights from respective departments to devise solutions.
