This is the last time Mr. Ronnie C. Chan pens the Chair's Letter to Shareholders before retiring as Chair. He shares his insightful views on the Group’s business and market landscape, and thanks current and past management for their contribution. He also extends gratitude to the loyal readers of Chair’s Letter to Shareholders over the years. Mr. Adriel Chan reported the status of our projects under development in his Vice Chair’s Note , and expressed his gratitude to Ronnie for his astute market selection and strategic decisions. The Group will further its development building upon its strong foundation. Our 2023 Sustainability Reports are also released in conjunction with the Annual Reports .
