Aged 57, Mr Chen joined the Company and its listed holding company,
Hang Lung Group Limited, as Managing Director in July 2010. Mr
Chen has more than 30 years of management experience, mostly in
the aviation industry, acquiring a wealth of experience in Hong Kong,
Mainland China and beyond. Mr Chen graduated from the University
of Hong Kong in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and holds a
Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same university.
Aged 62, Mr Yuen was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in March
2011. He joined Hang Lung in 1978, became an Executive Director of
the Company in 1986, and was appointed as Managing Director of
the Company and its holding company, Hang Lung Group Limited,
in 1992. He held this position until his retirement in July 2010. He is
a graduate of The University of Manchester, UK and a Fellow of The
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
