Today, on March 8, we proudly join the global celebration of  International Women's Day IWD2025. We are pleased to recognize the significant contributions our female colleagues make across Hang Lung, bringing unique perspectives and talents to every role. They comprise 41% of our overall workforce, including positions in senior management, and represent nearly 55% of our administrative teams. Girl Power!

Building on this commitment to Women Empowerment, this year's IWD2025 celebration extends impact beyond company walls. In Hong Kong, we collaborate with Hong Kong Federation of Women's Centres to support grassroots women through job creation and economic opportunities. By empowering their members' entrepreneurship, we help them generate extra income through the engagement with Hang Lung.
