At the end of the reporting period, the Group’s total future
minimum lease income under non-cancellable operating leases in
respect of investment properties and investment properties under
development were as follows:
12 INTEREST IN SUBSIDIARIES

(a) Amounts due from subsidiaries are unsecured, interest-free
with no fixed terms of repayment and classified as non-current
assets as they are not expected to be recoverable within the
next twelve months.
(b) Amounts due to subsidiaries are unsecured, interest-free with no
fixed terms of repayment and classified as non-current liabilities as
they are not expected to be repaid within the next twelve months.
