9 DIVIDENDS
(a) Dividends attributable to the year/period
The dividend proposed after the end of the reporting period has not
been recognized as a liability at the end of the reporting period.
(b) The final dividend of $1,611 million (calculated based on 36 cents
per share with issued share capital as at dividend pay-out date)
for the six months ended December 31, 2011 was approved
and paid in the year ended December 31, 2012 (P.E. 12/2011:
$2,415 million).
