(Hong Kong, May 21, 2013) Hang Lung Properties Limited (HKSE stock code: 101) is pleased to announce that Parc 66, the Company’s world-class shopping mall in Jinan, has lately earned the 2013 VIVA (Vision, Innovation, Value and Achievement) “Best-of-the Best” Award for Sustainable Design and Development by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). ICSC is the global trade association of shopping center industry.
The annual VIVA “Best-of-the Best” Awards recognize the shopping center industry’s most cutting-edge properties, innovative solutions and creative responses to market trends throughout the world. Parc 66 competed for the global best of the best designation following its winning of gold titles for Design and Development (New Developments) as well as Sustainable Design in the ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards last September.
Parc 66 has brought a new dimension to life in Jinan since its grand opening in August 2011, emerging as the latest landmark and the largest shopping center in the city.
