The awards are presented by Corporate Governance Asia, a renowned publication specializing in corporate governance issues in the region.

Mr Philip Chen, Managing Director of Hang Lung Properties, has also been named a top winner in the Asian Corporate Director Recognition Awards 2013 hosted by the publication.
