Hang Lung Chairman Ronnie Chan Wins Best Investor Relations Awards

Mr. Ronnie C. Chan, Chairman of Hang Lung Properties, wins the “Best IR by Chairman/CEO - Large Cap” award in the first ever “Investor Relations Awards” organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association 

(Hong Kong, May 11, 2015) Mr. Ronnie C. Chan, Chairman of Hang Lung Properties Limited (HKSE stock code: 101), was awarded the “Best IR by Chairman/CEO - Large Cap” award in the “Investor Relations Awards” organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) for the first year. The award reaffirms the success of the efforts the Company has made in investor relations under the leadership of Mr. Chan.

Firmly upholding the principle of We Do It Right, Hang Lung delivers quality disclosures of its activities to investors via regular analyst briefings, analyst and institutional conferences and forums, overseas roadshows, and the annual general meetings. In addition, Mr. Chan elaborates on the Company’s philosophy and strategies in his letters to shareholders, included in the annual and interim reports, which are given great weight by investors and the market over the years.

HKIRA has launched its first ever “Investor Relations Awards” which commends investor relations best practices by listed companies and related professionals in Hong Kong. It also aims to promote the professional development of the sector and set international standards for benchmarking by industry peers. This year, more than 480 nominations from approximately 190 Hong Kong-listed companies were received. A total of 19 categories of award winners were voted for by the domestic and overseas investment community and fund managers.
