(Hong Kong, June 20, 2016) Hang Lung Properties Limited is pleased to announce that the Company, for the fifth straight year, has been awarded at the Asian Excellence Recognition Award by Corporate Governance Asia. This year, Hang Lung clinched five honors including “Asia’s Best CSR”, “Best Environmental Responsibility” and “Best Investor Relations Company (Hong Kong)”. Mr. Philip Chen, Managing Director of Hang Lung, was again named “Asia’s Best CEO (Investor Relations)”, while Mr. CF Kwan, Assistant Director (Corporate Communications), was named the “Best Investor Relations Professional (Hong Kong)”.

Inaugurated in 2011 by Corporate Governance Asia, the Asian Excellence Recognition Award is designed to recognize excellence in financial performance, investor relations and communications, business ethics, corporate social responsibility and environmental practices undertaken by the finest executives and corporations in Asia. With a judging process involving investors across the region and readers of the magazine, the five honors received are further testimony to Hang Lung’s dedication and its commitment as well as initiatives for strengthening investor relations and upholding a stringent and transparent corporate governance structure.
