(Hong Kong, August 3, 2016) Fashion Walk, the fashion hot spot in Causeway Bay, is at the forefront of promoting healthy living and fun activities this summer by partnering with the Wan Chai District Council Cultural and Leisure Services Committee and Wan Chai Sports Federation to host the Wan Chai Sports Carnival. A wide variety of recreational activities will be available for all on August 7 (Sunday) at venues ranging from Fashion Walk’s Paterson Street and Great George Street to the Causeway Bay Sports Ground, the Wan Chai Sports Federation and the Moreton Terrace Temporary Playground. 

An opening ceremony for the Carnival will be held at the Hang Lung Centre adjoining public square at noon on August 7 (Sunday).The events at Fashion Walk for family and friends to enjoy will include a Street Workout, which is a combination of weight training and extreme gymnastics, and other booth games. Members of the public are also welcome to join a fascinating Cycling Art Jam, in which one participant pedals a bicycle to rotate a drawing board while a partner squeezes paint onto the board to complete a picture. Alternatively, they can try Pool Soccer, a hybrid of American pool and soccer played on a grass carpet.

During the Carnival, participants will receive a game card to collect stamps for redeeming gifts. All activities are free.
