(Hong Kong, September 28, 2017) Causeway Bay’s Fashion Walk brings mystery and excitement by hosting the annual Halloween Styloween. This year, the Greek goddess Medusa will incarnate as a 80-feet long serpent and swirl up at Fashion Walk main block, transforming into the mysterious realm of Medusa under the theme of “The Dance of Medusa”. From today onwards, Medusa will appear randomly at Fashion Walk and be ready to surprise fashionistas with her special “Snake or Treat”!
Medusa will also attempt to trap fashionistas in a gigantic burrow by tricking them with 3D optical illusion paintings. Fashionistas not only need to escape from the traps, but also need to avoid Medusa’s malevolent glare through the “Gaze Could Kill” digital game in order not to turn into stone and become a member of her clan.
Medusa’s troop will break out into Causeway Bay throughout October and lure the town’s trendsetters to join the snake queen’s revenge – the dance parade and Halloween party on October 27 (Friday). Medusa together with her glowing serpent will lead her troop roaming across Great George Street, Paterson Street, Kingston Street, Cleveland Street and Food Street for the revenge. Fashionistas are invited to dress up and join the “Medusa’s Revival Party” at Food Street for celebration. Party participants can join a wide range of complimentary drinks snacks, DJ performance, face painting, sensational local pop artists Super Girls will also be joining the crowd to get into the spirit of Halloween together and perform to accelerate the party atmosphere to climax. Medusa also extended her invitation to Food Street tenants including Coast Seafood & Grill, COEDO Taproom, Elephant Grounds, Marbling, and Wildfire+, offering shoppers a full range of Halloween-themed dishes that energizes the appetite, including the lychee & blueberry cupcake with raspberry sauce decorated with Medusa’s Evil Eye and “S-boo-ky Pumpkin” Pizza.
