  • Nestled at the heart of the Hangzhou CBD, Westlake 66 is Hang Lung’s 11th development in its ninth Mainland city. Currently under construction, the project will elevate synergy and interconnection with the prime flagship projects in Shanghai and Wuxi.

  • Westlake 66 will comprise a 100,000 sq.m. of prestigious retail space, five Grade A office towers and a luxury hotel – the first Mandarin Oriental in Zhejiang Province. The project is scheduled for completion in phases from 2025 onward, and is set to become the pre-eminent new landmark of Hangzhou.

  • Westlake 66, Hangzhou will preserve the historical buildings at 5 Yesutang Lane and the ancient well of Yesutang as well as restore the historical building, 1 Jingqingli. The project also preserves the ruins of Renhe county of the Southern Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty at their original sites, setting them in an underground viewing space of more than 1,000 sq.m, allowing visitors to appreciate the restored relics.

Westlake 66 is situated in a prime location at the center of Hangzhou’s central business district, between two Hangzhou landmarks, “West Lake” and “Grand Canal”, well served by transport infrastructure and public amenities with high passenger flow.

  • Slated to open in 2025, Mandarin Oriental Hangzhou is a luxurious addition to the Westlake 66 complex, joining the city’s most anticipated high-end commercial development creating a nexus of luxury.

  • Office Tower 1 and 2 were awarded “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core and Shell Development under the LEED V4.0: Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C) rating system – Platinum Pre-certification" by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2022.

  • Shopping mall, Office Tower 3, 4 and 5 and Hotel were awarded “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core and Shell Development under the LEED V4.0 : Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C) rating system – Gold Pre-certification" by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2022.
