僱員福利
(a)
退休福利
本集團已為其僱員設立界定供款退休金計
劃,該計劃下之資產由一間獨立之公司受
託人掌管,並由專業基金經理管理,與本
集團之資產分開處理。
27 COMMITMENTS
(a)
At the end of the reporting period, capital commitments not
provided for in the financial statements were as follows:
The above commitments include mainly the land costs and construction
related costs to be incurred in respect of the Group’s development of
its investment properties in various cities in mainland China.
(b)
The Group leases certain properties under non-cancellable
operating leases expiring within ten years. Certain leases include
contingent rentals calculated with reference to revenue from
the properties. At the end of the reporting period, total future
minimum lease payments were as follows:
28 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
(a) Retirement benefits
The Group operates a defined contribution provident fund scheme
for its employees. The assets of the scheme are held separately from
those of the Group by an independent corporate trustee and managed
by professional fund managers.
