獨立非執行董事 Independent Non-Executive Director
鄭博士現年八十五歲，於一九九三年加盟
本集團。鄭博士持有天津大學工程學學士
學位及英國倫敦帝國學院深造文憑，並為
英國倫敦帝國學院資深院士。彼為香港工
程師學會之前會長及該會榮譽資深會員及
金獎章獲得者，亦為香港工程科學院院
士、英國結構工程師學會前副會長、該會
資深會員及金獎章獲得者、英國土木工程
師學會資深會員、澳洲工程師學會榮譽資
深會員，以及香港建築物條例之認可人士
及香港註冊結構工程師，國家一級註冊結
構工程師資格。鄭博士曾為行政及立法兩
局議員以及香港房屋委員會主席。鄭博士
為永亨銀行有限公司、雅居樂地產控股有
限公司及天津發展控股有限公司之獨立非
執行董事。彼亦為恒隆地產有限公司之獨
立非執行董事。
Aged 85, Dr Cheng joined the Group in 1993. Dr Cheng obtained
an engineering degree from Tianjin University and a postgraduate
diploma from Imperial College, London, UK, of which he is a
Fellow. He is a past President, Honorary Fellow and Gold Medallist
of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Fellow of the Hong
Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences, and past Vice President,
Fellow and Gold Medallist of The Institution of Structural Engineers,
Fellow of The Institution of Civil Engineers, UK, Honorary Fellow of
The Institution of Engineers, Australia, and an Authorized Person
and Registered Structural Engineer in Hong Kong, with a State
Class 1 Registered Structural Engineer qualification. Dr Cheng
was a Member of both the Executive and Legislative Councils and
Chairman of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Dr Cheng is an
Independent Non-Executive Director of Wing Hang Bank, Limited,
Agile Property Holdings Limited and Tianjin Development Holdings
Limited. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hang
Lung Properties Limited.
